Composition Techniques: Master the art of composition to create visually stunning photographs.
Lighting: Understand how light affects your shots and techniques for optimal lighting conditions.
Long Exposure: Experiment with long exposure photography to capture the motion of waves and clouds.

Bring your camera, ND Filter, lenses, tripod, and any preferred accessories.
What to Bring:
Camera (DSLR or mirrorless preferred)
Lenses (Telephoto zoom lens like 70-200mm is ideal, 25mm-85 is also preferred but any fast prime (2.8 aperture) or zoom lens will work)
Memory cards (at least two)
Extra batteries
Comfortable clothing for moving around the gym and quick adjustments
Water bottle and snacks for hydration and energy
